If you would like a custom design created for your wedding, we will be more than happy to design your wedding stationery especially for you.
We charge a one off custom design fee of $150. This charge covers the design of your invitation and any other wedding stationery you require. We don't tend to limit the amount of revisions we allow before charging an additional fee as we want you to be satisfied your design is perfect and not be concerned about what it may cost you to make one final change. However, if the volume of revisions becomes a little Bridezilla like, then we will discuss this with you prior to charging an additional fee.
The cost of your actual wedding stationery is in addition to our custom design fee and the same minimums will apply as if you were ordering from our existing range.
Our custom design fee must be paid in full prior to the commencement of any design work. It is non refundable as you are paying for my time to create a design for you. Once payment has been received, I will send you a form to complete where you can provide me with as much detail as possible about the design and your preferred wording.
Please allow 2 weeks from when I receive your instructions for a proof to be supplied to you. Once the proof is approved by you and full payment received, the file(s) will be sent for printing and then will come back to me for collation and shipping. Please allow 3 weeks for this. Although I would expect to have your order ready sooner than this, it's always best to allow a little extra time.
