Ordering and Payment
Ordering is easy with our online shopping cart. We accept payment via internet banking and credit card via Paypal. You will receive an email after your order has been placed advising you of our bank account details to make your payment. All credit card payments are processed through Paypal secure site and servers. All credit card details you submit are collected securely by Paypal and we only receive approval notification together with your order details. You can check to see if your transaction is secure by looking for a locked lock or solid gold key at the foot of your browser window.
Yes our products are Custom Made!
Yes I do create each item myself (with the exception of the party bags and boxes) and each item is professionally printed. My products are not mass produced and preprinted products are not imported from overseas. Because I create each item just for you then you can be assured every care is taken to not only get the design just right but to ensure the quality is never compromised.
Submitting Photos
If you submit a photograph or image with your order, you acknowledge that you have full rights to use the image. The higher the resolution on the image the better, I can resize it here and the high resolution means it will print much better.
Shipping
We prefer to use CourierPost to ship our goods but will send via NZ Post if you prefer (ie if you live rurally and don't want to pay the extra rural charge we get charged by the couriers).
We use CourierPost to courier all of our orders, including to PO Box addresses. We use "Signature Required" satchels, so please ensure the address you provide us with is one where someone will be there during the day to sign for the parcel.
We have a flat rate of $5.50 for all orders being couriered to metropolitan addresses, $10 for rural addresses and $4 for NZ Post. Boxes are sent flat ready for you to assemble which saves on shipping. Please contact us to enquire about shipping costs if you are unsure.
Yes we will ship internationally. International orders are shipped at a flat rate of NZ$12 regardless of the size of your order.

All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include GST if any.
