Are your products really custom made? Or are they mass produced? TOP
They really are custom made! I do not sell mass produced products. I create and arrange for professional printing of every printed item I sell. Sometimes products are designed freehand, other times I incorporate graphics and/or templates from other designers which I have purchased the rights to use. Because my products really are custom made, it means I can personalise products to your requirements in large or small quantities.
Do you have a minimum order size? TOP
Yes. We have had to implement a minimum order size. After much deliberation, we've set the minimum order to 10. Most of our customers order at least this many invites. Remember though that all of our products are professionally printed and I just can't ask my printer to print quantities less than 10, he'd be very unhappy with me. I hope you understand.
Are your invites made in New Zealand? TOP
Yes! Every printed item is custom printed right here in New Zealand. I do not import preprinted products from overseas.
Can you make to order? TOP
Yes! I can make to order and am happy to work with you to come up with the perfect party solution!
Can I use professional photographs or do I need to have taken the photo myself? TOP
If you submit a photograph or image with your order, you acknowledge that you have full rights to use the image.
Are your products good quality? TOP
Yes! Items are professionally printed on top quality cardstock and paper of varying weights depending on the product to ensure a high quality finish. I want you to be excited and proud to hand out our invitations and related products to your family and friends so I don't compromise on quality.
Do you offer a guarantee? TOP
Yes. If for some reason you are not completely thrilled which your order, please contact me immediately so I can resolve your issues.
Do you ship internationally? TOP
Yes, I'm happy to ship internationally. Please contact me for a shipping quote based on what you'd like to order.
What do you charge for shipping? TOP
Shipping costs will vary depending on what you order. We prefer to use couriers to ship our goods but will send via NZ Post if you require your order to be sent to a PO Box address or rurally (if you don't want to pay the extra rural charge we get charged by the couriers).
The cart will automatically calcuate a shipping cost for you based on what your final order is. These costs vary from $2 to a maximum of $7. Boxes are sent flat ready for you to assemble which saves on shipping. Please contact us to enquire about shipping costs if you are unsure.
How long will it take to receive my order? TOP
Keep an eye on the left side of the website screen where I update how long orders are taking to fill based on the amount of orders I've received.
Generally orders will be ready for shipping within a day or so of receipt of payment and approval of the proof. To be safe though, please allow a few extra days just in case there are delays with printing and/or shipping.
Orders of higher volume may take a little longer to ship so please bear this in mind when ordering and please contact me if need clarification prior to placing your order.
